The Alaska Kayak School offers paddling instruction and coaching in sea kayak, whitewater kayak, surf kayak, open canoe and safety and rescue skills for Alaskan conditions. Camp Mondamin is a traditional, but unique summer program for boys age 6 to 17. Camp Green Cove is the sister camp for girls. Located in the Mountains of Western North Carolina, they emphasize outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and horseback riding.
