The Payette River Experience, also known as The PRE, takes place June 19-21 in Garden Valley, Idaho. It is an outdoor-sports competition that features mountain biking, running, fly fishing, trap shooting, and, of course, whitewater.

Think of The PRE as a festivus for the rest of us. Boaters of all ages and abilities are welcome. The events include a giant slalom race, raft race, and freestyle rodeo. They'll have both skill- and age-appropriate categories.

Your entry fee also includes an event t-shirt, access to the Welcome Party Friday night, and a river safety clinic by renowned paddlers Sam Drevo and Les Bechtold.

Events will be happening all day long beyond the competitions. There will be dinners, award ceremonies, and partying both Friday and Saturday night.
